Dreams & Nightmares

Dreams speak in the language of symbols, metaphors, parables, and archetypes. There are many different ways of incorporating dreamwork into your life's journey of self-discovery and healing. Working with dreams and nightmares is a great way of deriving meaning from the stories and visions our subconscious mind offers us. The meanings of one's dreams are highly individualized and the best interpretation comes from the dreamer themselves. There are many types of dreams other than they typical night time ones that can occur in different states of consciousness; daydreams, hypnagogic visions, sleep paralysis, night terrors, etc. We can work with all of them.

Through dreamwork, great truths and wisdom await!
