Hi, I'm Bronwyn!

 

I am a holistic psychotherapist in Vernon, B.C. I aim to create an atmosphere which encourages self-growth, acceptance, awareness, responsibility, and well-being. Each appointment is uniquely tailored to the client based on their goals.

Ranging from Eastern healing philosophies to Western psychotherapies, I have studied on topics such as the nature of mind, consciousness, and the connection to the physical and energetic body. I have a specialized focus in Dream & (PTSD) Nightmare therapies.

 

On a personal note: I enjoy cross-country skiing, hiking, and reading by the lake. I also enjoy portrait drawing, landscape painting, and meditating.

 

I believe that a healthy state of being is in reach for all of us and that the innate wisdom to access it is available to those who seek it.
