Classes are held at One Yoga in Vernon, BC. (Across the street from my office). To register for a class, click here. You can also drop in!

Whether you're new to meditation or have a steady practice, this class offers you the space to explore and observe the Mind in a calm setting with other like-minded individuals.
Meditation classes are lightly guided, meaning there is some direction, but mostly silence. Each class is different. Types of meditation that may be led are: focus, mantra, loving-kindness (metta), visualization, transcendental, progressive relaxation, and present moment meditation.
Meditation practices can help increase awareness, compassion, empathy, kindness, and focus. It can also help improve sleep, alleviate pain, and lower stress & anxiety.
